Fidelity Mechanical Services, a premier provider ofMechanical HVAC design,

fabrication,installation, service, and maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and buildingautomation, is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team!

Our idealcandidate will have the ability to successfully initiate, execute, track andclose projects. They will have outstandinginterpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. They will have the ability to prioritize,work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of customer service,responsiveness, and professional business acumen.

Responsibilities include:

  • Anticipating, recognizing, and negotiating changes from documentation scope ofwork to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Being responsible for Cost of Goods and materialpurchasing
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with client
  • Maintaining and reviewing all RFIs, submittals,substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets,purchase orders, and invoices
  • Managing labor goals and work force requirements
  • Managing/assisting in purchasing efforts
  • Monitoring costs to date and project invoicing
  • Monitoring status of orders and subcontractors
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly ECACs(Estimated Cost at Completion) reports
  • Preparing monthly progress billings
  • Providing written costs estimates, supporting narrative justifications, andproposals as necessary
  • Reviewing and evaluating overall project schedule/progress
  • Reviewing contracts and identifying concerns/opportunities
  • Tracking the overall progress of a project

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as an APM, PM, or Super Indendent in commercial mechanical construction industry
  • Capable of making independent decisions, while still maintaining a team-focused mentality
  • Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and strong verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload
